At Steam Sauna Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna or steam generator doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your unit.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the product is placed in its original factory packaging with all internal buffers, manuals, and components included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item is in new, resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
